CR Area Session 20: Succession Planning for your Business with Venture Connect

Overview

Venture Connect is a resource to assist with succession / transition of businesses in BC. They are a working partner with Community Futures locations in BC and their mission is to help maintain strong communities by focusing on business succession and retention.

Many entrepreneurs fail to consider when and how they will exit their business until they are too tired of the business to take the time to create a good exit. Business owners will get more from the sale of the business if they take action before they reach this stage in the business.

This session will help business owners take a look at what they need to do in order to set up a successful plan for transitioning out of the business when the time comes.
